Creator Agreement

Publishing access is granted only after an application is reviewed and approved. Approval may be revoked if the information you provided was inaccurate or if you no longer meet our standards.

You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the series, episodes and assets you upload. Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership of your work to CinematicMovies.xyz.

You grant CinematicMovies.xyz a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to host, transcode, stream and promote your content on the platform, solely for the purpose of operating and marketing the service. This licence ends when you remove the content or your account is closed, subject to reasonable time to purge cached copies.

You warrant that you own or have licensed all rights needed to publish your series, including any underlying material, likenesses, voices, music or footage used in production, and that publishing it does not infringe any third party's rights.

All series must be labelled as AI-assisted productions. You must disclose significant use of third-party likenesses or source material in the series description, in line with the Content & AI Policy.

You may not publish unlawful content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, synthetic media presented as real footage of real people, or content promoting violence or hate against protected groups.

We may unpublish, label or remove content that violates this agreement or our policies, with or without notice where urgency requires it. We will generally attempt to explain a removal decision to the creator.

You agree to cooperate with copyright and safety takedown processes, including responding to notices sent about your work and providing the information needed to resolve counter-notices.

The platform is currently in a free launch mode: there is no monetization, revenue share or payout mechanism for creators, and no promise of future income is made or implied by publishing here.

We may suspend or terminate your publishing access for breach of this agreement, our policies, or the law. You may stop publishing and request account closure at any time.

We may update this agreement as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above; continued publishing after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Notices under this agreement, and any disputes arising from it, should be raised through Contact under the creator support category.
